POSITION DESCRIPTION: Southeastern Technical Institute is a hiring part-time instructor for the day Medical Assisting program. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Possession of a current national certification as a medical assistant or medical assistant/secretary.
2. Four (4) years within the last seven years of full-time employment directly related to medical assisting; and
3. Associate degree or higher related to the subject matter and skills to be taught with at least 18 credit hours directly related to medical assisting
4. Teaching experience preferred.

Candidates with a Chapter 74 teaching license in Medical Assisting and a current certification as a medical assistant or medical assistant/secretary preferred.
